7/1 MLB日誌


NYY投、打的表現已經偏離平均線太遠,反擊拉回的時機越來越迫切,近期應該會展現一波強力的反應,希望如此。否則,這表示平均線必須轉向,如此一來,線形轉弱、也就是整體表現轉弱,那近期的戰績就........,嗯嗯,更艱難。


有報導說,小民一直努力地想固化他的投球姿勢,手肘抬不高、前肩早開的老問題還是持續地困擾著他的投球品質。

建議他平時健身的運動項目除了慢跑之外,不妨再加游泳一項。

自由式長泳、適度的長距離游泳,除了有益於肌肉紓壓、增加身體的柔軟度之外,最主要的目的,是可以默默地體會自由式游泳時的手、肩之間的互動變化,這個動作和投球的動作是一樣的。

沒時間上泳池的時候,可用游泳的動作體會投球所須的手肩動作該如何動、才能協調。手要抬高,和肩的運動方向與方式是有絕對的關聯的。

左、右肩之間就是一條直線,投球跨步時,兩肩這條線的姿態有兩種,一是兩肩和地面平行,一是前肩上抬、前高後低 、兩肩呈傾斜的斜線,Moose和老派都是後一種姿態。

無論哪種姿態,重要的是跨步到位後的前肩運動方向,要下壓、而非橫向轉動

前肩下壓自然不會有前肩早開的問題,同時,會帶動準備投球的後肩抬高,後肩抬高、手肘自然不會低,那投球的手所劃出的圓弧自然而然地會是從上而下、斜圓劃至前腳膝部外側。

此外,要留意腰部的運動方向與出力的配合方式、協調不?扭腰出力是為了分擔手、肩的負荷,長期而言,這對手、肩具有保護作用之外,也有助於球威的展現。
